I'm on 28k right now and believe it or not I've downloaded 27 gigs of movies over the past year and a half on that. I had a proxy that worked for vila for 2 months with no problem. Downloading ellens "amateur3some" post today I got 002 and 003 downloaded but then the proxy just died at 96% on the 001 part. If someone could streambeam it to me or something my username is 'bigbrutha' and I would be very thankful. I tried the orangatango thing viggo posted and it works but vila keeps cutting off and I can't seem to use a d/l manager through orangatango to resume it so it doesn't help, I get to 200k or so and it drops me off. Does anyone have any advice for me on this? Also, my phone company assures me DSL will be available in 60 days in my area and I have lots to upload when I get it, I like this forum a lot and will definitely "give something back" when I get broadband.
