you can try the following  

1) clear your browser cookies  

MSIE: Tools->Internet Options->General->Delete Cookies,  

Firefox: Tools->Clear Private Data...->tick "Cookies" checkbox and click OK  

2) if you're connecting to the internet through a router, reboot your router (instead  

of your PC).
