Can someone please tell me something about this ?  

It seems like premium accounts can share 10 GB of free traficc ( or direct download ) to people that doesnt have premium accounts. Its that correct ?  

What happends to the files after the 10 Gb limit ?  

What do I win or what do I lose doing this ?  

My native language is spanish. You can imagine how dificult is to understand
